Insights Analyst

Day-to-day, you will relish the challenge to review data and market trends and steer projects with your findings. Your primary responsibility will be to provide crucial insights to our Senior National Account Manager, unlocking and driving growth opportunities to better serve our business performance in the market.
We’re looking for an Insights Analyst that will ensure we’re staying on course, bolster outcomes and can fine-tune alternative approaches to steer the National Account Team and Flair through their understanding and delivery of data insights.

Experience:

  • Gained experience within the fast-moving consumer goods or similar paced environment.
  • Experience of presenting to and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analytical software (SQL, Power BI, SAS or similar) and Excel is a must.

 

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum DOE
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.50 hours per week
Hybrid working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
